Computer Systems Analyst
Set up, develop intranet network system, customer database, inside communication system, buyer/seller leads log and tracking system for real estate transactions. Job duties include:
1. analyze existing data processing systems to evaluate effectiveness, develop new systems to improve production or workflow; create a system to perform personnel records and file management, cost evaluation, and inventory control;
2. perform feasibility studies of Database Management Systems and related software; develop, implement programs to improve effectiveness of Database Group, and monitor and resolve system issues;
3. and work with management team to verify the accuracy and completeness of all aspects of SQL database applications.

Min. MS degree in EE or related plus 1yr related exp.
Front desk admin
1.To undertake reception duties effectively and efficiently, take and deliver messages and deal with enquiries from customers, visitors and staff in a polite and friendly manner, Ensure telephone communication is attended to promptly and courteously.
2.1 or more years of business experience
3.Personable and energetic phone manner
4.Experience as a receptionist is preferred
Senior Loan Processor(s)
1. At least 2 years' experience in mortgage loan processing (conventional and government, purchase and refinance)
2.Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements
3.Excellent communication and organization skills
Office Manager
1.Excellent communication, relationship management, financial and organizational skills
2.Self starter and able to effectively handle multiple projects in a rapidly growing company
3.Remains flexible and calm in changing environments
4.at elast 2 yaesr experience as an office manager in a real estate or sales/marketing environment
